The engine came from a one owner 1998 Grand Prix GTP with a 3.8L 3800sc Series II supercharged engine. The car was purchased in Canada and the gauges, odometer, and air conditioning controls were all in metric (kilometers and Celsius). The original owner kept amazing maintenance records in the owners manual that listed every oil change, tire rotation, parts replacement, and every other detail.
A partial engine rebuild was completed removing everything except the pistons, rods, crank, and bearings.
